2011 Somerset Business Awards ‘Collaborative Innovation’ recognises Kontrolit.net and Qballyhoo

The 2011 Somerset Business Awards recognised the importance of companies bringing together their expert skill sets with their ‘Collaborative Innovation’ category at their awards ceremony on Friday 21st October. 

Runners Up in the ‘Collaborative Innovation’ category, we teamed together with our web partners, Kontrolit.net.  This was the first year of this new award sponsored by Open Innovation, a three year, multi-million euro initiative.

Tim Howes, Technical Director at Kontrolit.net says, “It has been great to be recognised for our partner programme, which brings together creative designers and marketing experts with web developers to focus on their specific core skill sets”.

Qballyhoo became Kontrolit's founder partner in 2008, Qballyhoo where both businesses discovered a collaborative approach was an opportunity to grow both their businesses without a conflict of interest which has enabled Qballyhoo to grow year on year with a dramatic growth in the online marketing side of our business since the partnership began.

Qballyhoo was also runner-up in the New to Somerset category.
