Detail: Complete overhaul of marketing strategy, including research of market perception via focus groups in Dorset and Somerset, questionnaires and competitor analysis; subsequent updating of corporate identity encompassing language, colours, images and typeface; branding guidelines for internal staff and partner organisations; graphic design of stationery, publications, display graphics and incentives; liaison and supervision of brief with web designers.
