Project: Marketing planning, brand alignment and positioning

Details: Working with the company to help them understand how to research and segment their market and position themselves within that market by bringing together primary and secondary research on competitor and buyer behavior for their specific markets in the South West;  train them to use the research to create a marketing plan that fits within their budget, available time and resources; including how the company communicates within the market, branding guidelines, contact lists and targets for sales process and strategic alliance, promotional activities for the year and processes for measurement of success; branding development including training on use of brand logo/marque, tone of voice, language, key messages and suggested places to promote the brand.
